Preşedintele american Donald Trump le cere israelienilor să voteze cu Benjamin Netanyahu în alegerile legislative de marţi şi prezintă Războiul din Iran al Statelor Unite şi Israelului drept un exemplu de ”victorie comună”, relatează AFP.
“Atunci când vă duceţi să votaţi, nu uitaţi că Bibi a fost un premier războinic excepţional”, a scris duminică pe reţeaua sa Truth Social Trump.

La postul privat 14 – care a anunţat că-l susţine pe Netanyahu -, premierul în exerciţiu şi-a reiterat acuzaţiile potrivit cărora adversarii săi vor să creeze Palestina, “care ar fi o catastrofă pentru Israel”.
Netanyahu şi-a centrat campania asupra securităţii şi susţine că este singurul garant al acesteia.

Israelul este împânzit de afişe cu portretul lui Netanyahu şi sloganul “fie dreapta, fie Palestina”.
Netanyahu agită, de asemenea, ameninţarea iraniană şi-şi revendică rezultatele Războiului din Iran, pe care l-a lansat la 28 februarie împreună cu Donald Trump, care-i susţine în mod public candidatura.
“Am făcut 90% din muncă, mai rămân 10%. Cine se va ocupa de asta? Eisenkot şi Fraţii Musulmani? Nu. Doar eu pot s-o fac”, a pledat el.
